We have 6 stops and more than 10 tastings which include coffee, caramels, cake, a traditional Basque dessert, cheese, a modern dessert, a pastry and a glass of wine to pair with your last dessert.

Coffee or tea and a glass of wine. We can ask for glasses of water in some places but you can bring a water bottle too.

Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?
This tour includes a fair amount of gluten and dairy so it is not recommended for anyone with food allergies related to these. Unfortunately, we’re unable to guarantee substitutions for major food allergies such as celiac disease and other major food allergies. You’re welcome to join us, but you may miss out on a number of tastings.

What are the group sizes?
This experience has a maximum of 8 guests. You can also book a private tour and these can be as many as you wish.
How much do you eat?
It’s like a full meal – there’s quite a lot of tastings but don’t worry you don’t have to finish them all. You can take the sweet delights with you to keep enjoying later.
How much walking is there?
It’s less than 10 minutes walk between each stop. We do recommend you wear comfortable shoes and please note that we will be standing most of the time. It’s the Basque way! Try not to bring bulky back-bags or handbags.
Remember this tour is also wheelchair friendly if you let us know beforehand. If it looks cloudy, bring umbrellas!
Is this a child friendly tour?
Do children like desserts? Yes! This is every child’s fantasy (and adults too!)
Are alcohol pairings mandatory?
Not at all, you can choose to have non-alcoholic beverage at our last stop.
What positive social impact does this tour create when I purchase it?
We donate the equivalent of a meal to the Zaporeak Association.
Do I need to take any extra cash?
Only if you want to buy extra goodies or need to pay for transport to the meeting point, ask your taxi if you can pay with a card before you hop on, they’re not always used to it. If you’d like to purchase any personal items along the tour or any additional food and drinks.
