Try out your cooking skills preparing the famous ‘San Sebastian cheesecake!’ This is the cheesecake that’s gone viral, and the hottest baking trend that looks burnt and tastes like clouds of love (not kidding!)
No trip to San Sebastian is complete if you haven’t tried La Viña’s cheesecake, this is why we’re bringing San Sebastian to you in cheesecake form.
For each screen connected to the class, one meal will be donated to the Zaporeak kitchen project, a local Basque-led association, serving refugees in Greek refugee camps.

PINTXOS COOKING CLASS

Pintxos, pronounced ‘pinch-oss’ are so much more than the version of Spanish ‘tapas’ in the Basque Country.
This is a cooking class where you’ll learn how to make delicious pintxos at home, to impress you friends and family, and also understand the history behind why pintxos are so important and a ‘way of life.’

For each screen connected to the class, one meal will be donated to the Zaporeak kitchen project, a local Basque-led association, serving refugees in Greek refugee camps.

If you want to learn how to make pintxos at home, plus the cultural and historical scoop, book your class, get your ingredients and cook along with us! Coming soon!

Food tours made with love that create a positive social impact- through food.

For every person that joins a tour we donate a meal to a person in need. You eat one, you feed one.

“Food is everything we are. It’s an extension of nationalist feeling, ethnic feeling, your personal history, your province, your region, your tribe, your grandma. It’s inseparable from those from the get-go.” – A Bourdain
