PINTXOS COOKING CLASS
Pintxos, pronounced ‘pinch-oss’ are so much more than the version of Spanish ‘tapas’ in the Basque Country.
This is a cooking class where you’ll learn how to make delicious pintxos at home, to impress you friends and family, and also understand the history behind why pintxos are so important and a ‘way of life.’
For each screen connected to the class, one meal will be donated to the Zaporeak kitchen project, a local Basque-led association, serving refugees in Greek refugee camps.
